Part-Time Caregiver (3-5 Hour Shifts) - Comfort Keepers

We have immediate openings for Caregivers, with part-time availability and an interest in working 3-5 hour shifts, throughout the Citrus Heights, CA area.  Interviews are conducted in our Citrus Heights office on Sunrise Vista Dr.

Responsibilities of being a CK Caregiver:

• Provide non-medical care to seniors in their own homes
• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed
• Help seniors use the restroom when needed
• Perform duties as assigned on senior care service plan
• Inspire a positive, can-do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments and hobbies
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

Requirements for becoming a CK Caregiver:

• Submit to criminal background investigation (20 year), motor vehicle driving record check and pre-employment drug screening
• Possess valid current driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
• Possess PCA, HHA or CNA license or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (preferred but not required)
• Possess high school diploma or GED
• Be able to service the Citrus Heights, CA area
