Position Overview:

As a part-time Budtender – Sales Associate, you will be the face of our retail store, assisting customers in navigating our selection of cannabis products. Your excellent sales skills and creativity will help enhance our customers' experience and drive sales.

This part-time position requires flexibility, generally working evening hours from 3 PM to 9 PM. You'll be working at both our Hermitage, TN, and Madison, TN locations. With a pay range of $12-$15 per hour plus tips, this role offers exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate cannabis products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including strains, edibles, and accessories.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in visual merchandising and graphic design projects to promote products and enhance store aesthetics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a customer-focused environment.
- Commission-based retail sales experience
- Some graphic design experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to educate customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
