• This position is on site, located in Suffern, NY
• Part time schedule, max 15 hours, with flexibility to choose your own days/times of work

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with accounts payable and receivable transactions and review of timesheets for payroll processing
• Assist with data entry and setting up bills via Quickbooks
• Deposit checks
• Vendor communication
• Assist Director of Finance with ad hoc responsibilities Administrative focused

Experience Preferred

• 2+ years of accounting / bookkeeping of relevant experience
• Experience with Quickbooks a plus
• Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
