Part-Time Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Manage bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for leadership and board meetings.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Track and manage donations, membership dues, and program fees.
- Ensure financial compliance with nonprofit regulations and reporting standards.
- Support the annual audit process and maintain organized financial records.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or religious organization.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with nonprofit financial operations, including tracking donations and grants.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
