Job Description:
We are seeking a Property Coordinator based in Bellingham. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance in various facets of property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations and tasks.
- Market and showcase properties available for rent.
- Engage in resident interactions and assist in all aspects of property management.
- Handle lease administration tasks, such as billing, payables, and receivables.
- Liaise with vendors and tenants for property maintenance and repair, independently resolving any issues that may arise.
- Review and verify recurring charges for tenants in our property management system, making necessary billing adjustments and corrections.
- Assist with administrative duties related to real estate, including the preparation of leasing documents, contract renewals, and agreements with contractors.
Working Hours: Part-Time, >15 hours/week
