About the Job
Our client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and facilities support on a temporary assingment. If you are someone who has experience overseeing Front Desk Operations as well as exposed to Facilities Management, this is the position for you! About You:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Aboutt the Job:
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, providing temporary badges for visitors, and singing off on packages that arrive.
- Coordinate daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, including logistics and setup.
- Maintain records and databases related to facility operations, including maintenance schedules and compliance documentation.
Please note that this position is a long-term contract position and the individual will be working part-time. We are seeking candidates that are local to Philadelphia, PA and are available to start as soon as possible. This position will be paying up to $23/hr based on experience.
