Our client in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and facilities support on a temporary assingment. If you are someone who has experience overseeing Front Desk Operations as well as exposed to Facilities Management, this is the position for you! Please see below for additional details on the opportunity.
About You:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Aboutt the Job:
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, providing temporary badges for visitors, and singing off on packages that arrive.
- Coordinate daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, including logistics and setup.
- Maintain records and databases related to facility operations, including maintenance schedules and compliance documentation.
Please note that this position is a long-term contract position and the individual will be working part-time. We are seeking candidates that are local to Philadelphia, PA and are available to start as soon as possible. This position will be paying up to $23/hr based on experience.
