Part Time Administrative Assistant - Carolinas Staffing Solutions, Inc.

• Performs a variety of clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the Maintenance Department: faxes, data entry, typing office correspondence, reports and other documents
• Performs general office tasks such as maintaining general office files, making appointments, greeting the public in a friendly manner, and ensuring an efficient operation of the office.
• Manages scheduling issues with regard to transportation including last minute requests. This also includes emergency situations.
• Collects travel logs and process for payment and keeps the work-order system up to date.
• Orders buildings' cleaning supplies and maintains the office supply inventory.
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting and directing visitors
• Responding to emails and inquiries
• Handling reports and documents
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong handwriting skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a statewide background check
