Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our team supporting Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Plainfield office location, Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information.
- Obtain missing information as required.
- Social media savvy (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Canva
- Compile buyer packets
- Maintain monthly floor scheduling
- Pull reports
- Administrative support services
- General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance.
- Process buyer rep agreements.
- Data entry
Requirements
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Professional appearance
- Pro-active
Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
