Position Overview
Soundvision Technologies is seeking a competent professional to act as a Part-time Administrative Assistant to our sales team and our Sales Operations Director. Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 2 PM - 6 PM, for a total of 20 hours per week, with a possibility of additional hours as needs dictate.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Operations Director and the internal sales teams
- Assist in answering phones, routing calls, and offering outstanding customer service to customers via phone and email
- Support sales department by assisting with reports, spreadsheets, and outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and extremely detail oriented
- Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, internet, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to take ownership of multiple tasks, with a high level of professionalism and thoroughness
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, including office machines and phone etiquette

The pay range for this role is:
16 - 18 USD per hour(Headquarters)
