This Role: The administrative assistant is a critical position in the company. You will be the central point of contact for the owner, office manager, aides, marketing assistants, physical therapists, and other team members. We are seeking a 15-20 hour a week commitment.

- Superior time management skills- prioritizing scheduling, callbacks, and other projects
- Conflict resolution- whether it's figuring out how to manipulate the schedule to maximize efficiency or helping a patient with an issue they are having
- Strong working knowledge of- Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail
- Ability to track and hit set company standards/ metrics
Job duties:
- Communicate the value of our services (in person and on the phone) and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking
- Hold a lengthy (at least 20 minutes) and engaging conversation with a new patient on the phone, ensuring the patient is committed to and bought into our services
- Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for our patients, one that they will look forward to coming back to
- Communicate with patients before, during and after appointments in order to ensure that satisfaction is being achieved
- Foster deep relationships with patients, YOU should be the person they call and ask to speak with
- Organize and manage all schedules, maximizing efficiency and revenue for the practice
- Develop and regularly update the procedure library so that every aspect of the role is documented, ensuring it can be achieved by anyone else in the company
- Promote existing products and new services/product lines
- Manage our email system with proficiency and detail (Microsoft office)
- Explain to patients what they owe for PT or how much their insurance company is paying for services
- Document all conversations in our follow up system.
- Prioritize other special projects and be willing to learn new systems as needed
