Part-time Admin Assistant (M-F 10am-5pm) - Ultimate Staffing Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform front office duties, including managing reception and handling phone calls.
• Accurately input, scan, and review documents.
• Sort and distribute invoices and mail.
• Assist with clerical tasks related to legal documentation.
• Provide support to client service representatives and medical records teams, including billing assistance and follow-up calls.
• Take on additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous office/clerical experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and a dependable work ethic.

Location: 100% in-office in Bloomington, MN

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Rate: $18/hr
