Part-Time Admin Assistant for Law Firm at Gamma Law, Professional Corporation

Dynamic law firm based in San Francisco, working in video games, entertainment, and blockchain, seeks administrative assistant to handle scheduling, conference bookings, contact management, internal filing system and general support for Managing Partner, Administrative Director, and team. At least five years' experience with admin support required. Flexible hours, currently expected at 8-15 per week. Position is hybrid. In-office work expected for 1-2 days a week. Japanese language highly desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support to team members as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
