Part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk - Calm Water Business Partner, LLC

About the Job
We are seeking a part-time (20 hours/week - four hours/day in the office) Accounts Receivable Clerk for our fast-paced, growing construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all accounts receivable work including billing, daily cash receipts, job cost revenue postings.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, AIA billing and monitoring past due accounts.
- Work with the Controller to ensure timely month-end close.
Requirements:
- Must have strong accounting, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with job costing is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel including Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups and Macros and Office 365.
- Experience in construction accounting software a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience is required.
- Criminal background check and drug screening is required.
