Part-time - Accounts Payable Specialist at KBW Financial

A pre-IPO life sciences company with a fantastic company culture located in Boston, MA is actively looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist to their growing accounting team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accounts Payable Specialist will focus their efforts on accounts payable processing, working with external vendors, performing bank reconciliations and other ad hoc duties!

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant will include;

• Assist with high volume invoice processing 
• Work with external vendors (Setting up new vendors, reconciling accounts, assisting with Bank reconciliations)
• Weekly check runs 
• Analyze and reconcile corporate credit card statements 
• Become a valuable contributor in the accounting department for various process improvements and initiatives 

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 
• 1+ years of corporate accounting experience

Compensation Package 

• $35/hour Depending on Experience
