Parking Lot Cleaner - ABM Industries

• Use of a golf cart to pick up and keep parking lot clean
• Use of a blower to push trash and debris into open space
• Cleaning the grass areas and islands of the commercial facility
• Empty trash receptacles sometimes by hand, and transport waste to the disposal area
• Use the truck vacuum, pan, and broom to remove debris from the paved/ grass areas.
• Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
• Performs other duties as required

Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred
• Familiarity with custodial duties such as trash removal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

• Working conditions are frequently outdoors with exposure to temperature variations; occasional exposure to damp/wet surfaces, cramped areas, noise, fumes, and dust
• Physical requirements include frequently lifting/carrying of 10-25 lbs and occasionally 60lbs; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate cash register
• Subject to: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and reaching to perform the essential functions
   

Pay: $13.65/hr
