About the Job
Role/Responsibilities:
Provide guests with a consistent level of impressive service that exceeds their expectations during Sharks hockey games and other SAP Center events. Control admission to the parking lots by checking credentials. Set up and tear down cones and delineators for traffic control. Assist guests with any questions they have.

Hours:
10-20 hours per week depending on the event schedule. Generally two to four hours prior to the event until one hour after the beginning of the event. Some lot monitoring positions work until approximately one hour following the event.
Scheduling:
Done on a monthly basis considering your availability, performance and qualifications..
Availability:
You must be able to work two-thirds of the scheduled events for each month.
Uniform:
You will be required to wear the uniform provided by SAP Center and place a $50.00 deposit.
Qualifications:
You must enjoy working with a variety of people and have a service-oriented approach to work. You must have excellent communication skills and be able stand for long periods of time. You must be responsible, able to solve problems, and willing to work outdoors. 18 years or older preferred.
Wage:
$12.17 per hour; $12.62 after working 260 hours.
You will be asked to join a union and pay 2.3% of hours worked per shift.
