•Prepare exhibits

•Ability to multi-task
•Excellent writing skills
Paralegal and Legal Assistant Job Duties:
•Take over current IT functions with regard to running hearings, including sending out invites, uploading exhibits, calling up exhibits during the hearing
•Review responses received to investigatory letters, upload to file
•Check NAIC website regarding disclosures to application background questions, review documents, prepare summary
•Assist with gathering documents for FOIL requests
•Assist with drafting stipulations and fine offers under supervision of attorneys
•Obtain licensing records for investigations and hearings
•Prepare exhibits for hearings
