Litigation Paralegal
Our client is a prestigious law firm with a strong presence in California, recognized for providing top-tier legal services. The firm is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for a skilled paralegal to excel in a collaborative and professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case management, document preparation, and trial support.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage document production, including eDiscovery processes.
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and creating trial binders.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all deadlines and court filing requirements are met.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to obtain necessary information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in California.
- Strong knowledge of California and federal court rules and procedures.
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and litigation support software.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw is a plus.
