Paralegal - Real Estate - HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Paralegal to support the firms Commercial Real Estate Group in Orlando.

In this role, you will provide vital support to our attorneys in handling a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing, and development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing commercial real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, financing agreements, title reports, and closing documents.
• Conduct research on property titles, zoning regulations, and land use restrictions. Coordinate and organize due diligence materials, including reviewing contracts, leases, and documents related to property acquisition.
• Draft and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and standard form documents such as lease agreements, amendments, and assignments.
• Coordinate and manage the closing process, including organizing documents for closings, conducting closings, and preparing post-closing documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, title companies, surveyors, and other professionals involved in commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Paralegal experience
• Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Closings
• Paralegal Certificate or 2-4 year Degree (Preferred)
