Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to support our legal team with managing cases, conducting research, drafting documents, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and a strong commitment to providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case files from start to finish, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client communication.
- Assist attorneys with case management, from intake through resolution.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys and other staff members and work collaboratively
Requirements:
- 3+ years of legal experience in Personal Injury Litigation
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office 365 including calendar, Word, Excel and Time Matters
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Proven ability to maintain and organize files/electronic files
- Ability to track and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational, writing and proofreading skills
