Paralegal at Nesco Resource, LLC

We are looking for a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team focused on sexual abuse and assault cases. Experience in social work or with trauma survivors is an asset, as is a background in negligence and personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with our close-knit team and interact with clients. Strong communication and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to client care are essential. Experience handling medical records or thriving in a fast-paced setting is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client communication and support
• Drafting and preparing summaries of client interviews
• Preparing correspondence and medical record authorization forms
• Managing medical record requests and exchanges
• Filing documents with the court
• Handling various administrative tasks as needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
• Paralegal Certification preferred
