Position: Personal Injury Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake through case resolution
• Draft, file, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Review and organize medical records for case preparation and development
• Coordinate communications with clients, medical providers, and legal teams
• Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies
• Manage court filings and maintain deadlines for all active cases

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience
• Litigation experience required with at least 1 year of relevant practice
• High school diploma required; paralegal certification preferred
• Proficiency in Word and strong organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish and English highly preferred
• Familiarity with plaintiff-side personal injury legal processes preferred
