Location: Various locations across Pennsylvania
As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will support lawyers by managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and coordinating with clients. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes within the firm.
- Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, including contracts and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Prepare for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings.
Requirements
- Paralegal diploma or equivalent legal education.
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research and case management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
