Paralegal/Legal Assistant- Personal Injury - Connect Staffing Inc.

A boutique law office in the Galleria area of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their team. In this blended role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing trial preparation support, including managing case files, coordinating with experts, and organizing discovery materials
• Drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests in state and federal court systems
• Assisting attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, from initial intake through settlement or trial
• Managing the firm's electronic and physical case files, ensuring documents are organized and accessible

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working in personal injury, products liability, or a related area of civil litigation. Strong knowledge of efiling procedures and the overall litigation workflow is essential. Familiarity with legal databases, document management software, and electronic court filing systems is preferred.
