Job Description:
- 6-month assignment with potential for extension or conversion.
- Pay: 33.92/hr.
- Support pharma contracts, vendor contracts, and legal contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) is required. Paralegal degree from ABA accredited program is a plus.
- Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreement, Statements of Work, Project Agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Termination Letters, etc.
- Review contract intake forms and work with procurement owners to obtain any missing information.
- Working knowledge and negotiation expertise of key contract terms and how to negotiate such clauses.
