Paralegal at Nagler Group

We have partnered with a North-Central Connecticut law firm in search of a Paralegal to join their Litigation Group! This is a great opportunity to join a top-rated law firm and work with highly rated Attorneys who provide outstanding services to their Medical Malpractice clients.

In this position, responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, forms, deposition summaries and other required litigation documents pertaining to Hospital, Medical Malpractice and Nursing Home/Long-Term Care Facility cases.
• Managing discovery to include subpoenas and authorization to obtain records.
• Reviewing and organizing discovery files in chronological order.
• Preparing case files for trials and E-filing with courts.
• Possessing strong research and writing skills, high organizational and multitasking, and high-level compassionate client communication.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in Litigation support and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
