Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Groton, CT is currently looking for an Paralegal to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Paralegal / Pharma Industry
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Groton, CT
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Paralegal
Summary:
The candidate will prepare contracts, study schedules, confidentiality agreements and amendments from pre-approved templates by gathering information from the Project and Study Managers utilizing written guidance.
Once red-lined versions are returned, they will ensure all comments are collated (if there are multiple versions), discuss with the Project or Study Manager and work with our Legal department for input.
Qualifications:
Minimum Associates and/or Bachelor's degree with 3 - 5 years' experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (list the potential teams to interact) and external stakeholders)
Ability to understand and explain complex contract terms
Experience in Clinical Research preferred.
Understanding of ICH-GCP preferred.
Knowledge of biopharmaceutical industry
