Job Purpose
Provide executive-level Legal Assistant support to the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel and serve as Paralegal for the Office of General Counsel. |

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a bachelor's degree preferred. |
Specialized Knowledge: Preferably three to five years' of experience providing administrative support to executive staff (preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department), as legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal. |
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multiple tasks with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with required confidentiality and discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and keep deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Video-conferencing platforms. Preferred understanding of Church structure and governance. |
