We define success by constructability and achieve it through highly coordinated BIM models and a carefully executed quality control plan.
Currently looking for a part-time Paralegal who specializes in the field of contracts. You will be responsible for performing various contract functions related to the architecture and engineering (AE) industries.
This is a part-time (10-15 hours per week) in-office position in Boise, Idaho.
Essential functions:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand contract requirements and implications.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex contractual challenges.
- Assist in preparing redlines and revisions to contracts based on feedback from parties involved in negotiations.
- Communicate with external parties to address inquiries and negotiate contract terms.
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with AE industry standards.
- Ability to understand general business operations, concepts, issues, and dynamics beyond the scope of basic legal issues.
Requirements
- Paralegal degree or certification; bachelor’s degree in business or law preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract review or a similar role.
- Minimum 10-15 hours per week remote/hybrid Nampa area; potential full-time employment in the future.

Minimum Qualifications: • Education: Associate degree in Drafting Technology or a related technical field. In lieu of a degree, additional directly related experience will be considered. • Experience: o 5+ years of design/drafting experience with Revit. o 2+ years of BIM coordination and management experience. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Autodesk packages, Bluebeam, and experience with BIM coordination tools. • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with a Dynamo scripting expert and other team members to drive efficiency and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit. • Software Skills: Familiarity with Dynamo, Forge, Python, and other BIM applications. • Digital Tools: Experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft Suite. Skills and Abilities: • Project Experience: Comprehensive knowledge and multi-discipline experience in planning, designing, and constructing large-scale projects. • Leadership and Communication: Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels. • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to be a flexible team player and adapt to changing project requirements.
