Drafting complaints, Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas, Expert discovery, Deposition preparation, Trial preparation, Responding to discovery, Propounding discovery
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Paralegal certification preferred.
2+ years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.
