Our law firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional individual who is well-versed in the legal industry and has a passion for the law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, trial preparation, legal research, legal assistance, drafting pleadings, and e-discovery. The Permanent Litigation Paralegal will work closely with our team of attorneys to provide top-quality legal service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive litigation support to our team of attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing evidence and witnesses, coordinating logistics, and preparing trial binders.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various legal issues to support case preparation.
Offer legal assistance in case management, including maintaining case files, scheduling and coordinating meetings, hearings, and depositions.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
Manage e-discovery processes, including the identification, collection, review, and production of electronic data.
Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures, as well as with our firm's internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role in the legal industry.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is required. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
Proficient in litigation support, trial preparation, legal research, legal assistance, drafting pleadings, and e-discovery.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise summaries.
Proficient in the use of legal research software, e-discovery tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Must be a team player, but also able to work independently when required.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
