Job Details
Job Overview:
- Assist attorneys in managing a caseload of wrongful termination cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case summaries.
- Client Communication:
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a clear understanding of their case status and addressing any concerns.
- Assist in client interviews and document collection.
- Court Filings and Procedures:
- Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts.
- Maintain knowledge of court rules and procedures.
- Discovery Support: Assist in the discovery process, including document review, organization, and preparation of responses to discovery requests.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Stay informed about changes in employment law and discrimination issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless workflow.
- Attend team meetings and contribute insights to case strategy.
- Translation Services: Provide translation services for legal documents, correspondence, and client communications as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, and maintaining client records.
- Manage and organize case-related documents in electronic and physical filing systems.
Job Requirement:

- 1-3 years of exp
