Essential Functions of the role * Assist in daily instruction and behavior interventions for specific students on caseload * Collect data on interventions to help teachers continuously improve instructional and behavioral plans for assigned student * Provide behavioral, social emotional, and academic intervention for students in alignment with student support plans (IEP, Behavior intervention Plan, Tier 2 Supports, etc.) * Supervise assigned students as necessary and ensure student safety * Support scholars with activities of daily living as needed (including things such as toileting, transitioning between classes, and safe play during recess, etc.) Compensation & Benefits: At IPS, we ask a lot of our teaching fellows, which is why we give so much in return.
