Silver Cross is seeking a part-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients for palliative care interventions, taking into consideration the special needs and behaviors of the specific age of the patient population. 

Requirements:  Currently licensed in the state of Illinois as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Masters Degree in Nursing. Minimum of two years clinical experience. Palliative care experience is preferred.

Work Shift Details:  Days / Part-time at 20 hours per week
