Daily Tasks

• Repair and refurbish pallets
• Operate machinery and tools to dismantle and rebuild pallets
• Inspect pallets for damage and identify necessary repairs
• Sort and organize pallets in designated areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Prior experience as a pallet technician or similar role
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Additional Skills

• Experience operating pallet repair machinery
• Basic carpentry skills
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of different types of pallets and their uses
• Understanding of quality control principles
