Body Shop Painter Duties

Successful body shop painters at our collision center must be efficient and organized to keep up with steady workload - yet still able to produce top-quality results. In this position, you will need to be flexible enough to work independently or as a team as needed. I-Car and/or ASE certifications strongly preferred.

• Properly mix, blend, and apply paint to repaired or replaced auto body panels and other parts
• Complete the refinish process on a repaired vehicle, which could include masking, sanding, applying undercoats, mid-coats and top coats.
• Use power tools, paint mixers, paint, cleaning solvents, and waxes as needed.
• Follow all safety and environmental compliance regulations at all times

Body Shop Painter Requirements

• Successful Candidate must be experienced, career minded, able to produce top quality results, take pride in your work, and have a great attitude.
• ICAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and verifiable work history.
