Paint Supervisor (Night Shift) - iMPact Business Group, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Plant Management: Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing Team Leaders and personnel across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
• Quality & Yield Oversight: Monitor and report on quality and production yield, facilitating improvements and ensuring the highest standards.
• Personnel Development: Train and coach team members according to SOPs; document performance metrics in areas like safety, attendance, and productivity.
• Enforce Policies & Procedures: Ensure all production staff comply with safety guidelines, GMP standards, and company policies, implementing disciplinary action as necessary.
• Process & Team Analysis: Evaluate and enhance team efficiency and production processes, developing improvement strategies to increase safety, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Cross-Shift Communication: Coordinate with other shifts to ensure uninterrupted production flow, quickly addressing resource constraints and scheduling conflicts.
• Operational Flexibility: Step in as needed to operate machinery and equipment, contributing directly to production goals.

Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 7+ years of automotive manufacturing experience required
• 5+years of leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
