LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Social Media Specialist to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have experience capturing target audiences through targeted campaigns with expertise in Meta advertising. This role requires strong communication and understanding of digital strategies with the ability to meet deadlines and review analytical data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement detailed social media ad plans, focusing mainly on Meta platforms
• Oversee and enhance campaigns across various channels, working closely with the creative team
• Evaluate campaign outcomes, offer insights based on data for creative improvements, and pinpoint enhancement opportunities
• Perform audience analysis and apply sophisticated targeting techniques
• Produce reports, interpret data, and stay current on the latest industry developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• 2-3+ years of demonstrated experience in social media advertising, with a focus on Meta platforms
• In-depth knowledge of social media advertising best practices and platform algorithms
• Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
