We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Paid Search Supervisor to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role is for a professional who is passionate about the digital marketing landscape, particularly in the areas of Paid Search and PPC. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our SEM strategy, managing our Paid Media campaigns, and optimizing our SEO efforts. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of digital media, who can navigate the ever-changing landscape of online marketing. The Contract Paid Search Supervisor will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and will work closely with other team members to achieve the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage our SEM strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
2. Oversee all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms.
3. Monitor and analyze performance of all paid search campaigns
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our SEO efforts are aligned with our SEM strategy.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and insights to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop keyword strategies for our SEO and PPC campaigns.
7. Use A/B testing methods to optimize our PPC campaigns.
8. Utilize SEO best practices to increase traffic to our website and improve our search engine ranking.
9. Monitor and adjust budgets for our paid search campaigns to ensure we are maximizing our ROI.
10. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ads for our PPC campaigns.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the marketing industry.
2. Proven experience with SEM, Paid Search, Paid Media, PPC, and SEO.
3. Strong knowledge of digital media and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
4. Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other search platform interfaces.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A results-driven approach and ability to work under pressure.
8. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
9. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
10. Google AdWords certification is a plus.
