Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is looking for an analytical Paid Media Manager to grow and manage the paid media marketing channel.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns including strategy, execution and analysis.
- Act as a Paid Media subject matter expert encompassing accounts from Google, Microsoft, Facebook and others.
- Campaign strategy and execution – oversees, develops, execute, manages, and report on paid media strategies that department goals.
- Review deliverables and provide timely feedback.
- Deep analysis of campaigns to ensure pricing structure (CPM, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL) are within the targeted spending goals. Management of campaign performance throughout the sales funnel down to the keyword level.
- Stay on top of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements.
- Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments and client teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent business experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in the paid media with proven results.
- Deep understanding and proven track record of managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and other platforms.
- Ability to manage and understand all methods to assess marketing and business goals.
- Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models
- Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions.
- Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
