Description:
• We are looking for a strategic and results-focused Digital Advertising Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• The role involves driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through innovative and data-driven advertising strategies.
• This position requires expertise in audience segmentation, programmatic advertising, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to meet goals such as brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
• Campaign Oversight: Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Collaboration with Agencies: Coordinate with external agencies for seamless execution of advertising initiatives.
• Budget Allocation: Effectively allocate and oversee budgets to maximize channel performance.
• Target Audience Optimization: Utilize advanced targeting methods to improve ad relevance and effectiveness.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams for ad development and A/B testing to refine campaign performance.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with various teams to align strategies and achieve overarching marketing objectives.
• Leadership: Guide and mentor the digital marketing team to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry innovations and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in digital marketing, including one year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in managing digital advertising platforms and programmatic campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and optimizing performance.
• Experience in customer journey analysis and conversion optimization.
• Effective communication and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with analytics and project management tools.
Desired Skills:
• Certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).
• Knowledge of AI applications in digital marketing.
• Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and SEO integration.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $84000K-$120000K
