ABOUT THIS POSITION:
As an Intern - Project Manager for Content Team at BAD Marketing, you will play an important role in supporting our content team in the coordination and management of multimedia projects, such as photoshoots, video production, and other creative content. This role will give you a hands-on opportunity to learn both project management and the digital content production processes. You will be working closely with our senior project manager, Aren, to help ensure smooth execution of projects and meet client expectations.
You will be responsible for scheduling, organizing logistics, assisting with talent management, and maintaining production documentation. This internship will provide valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment where creativity and efficiency are key.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Coordination & Scheduling: Assist in scheduling shoots, meetings, and key deliverables, while sending out call sheets and schedules to relevant stakeholders.
- Casting & Talent Management: Send casting calls, manage contracts, and help coordinate transportation for talent to and from shoots when needed.
- Logistics Management: Organize locations, handle gear rentals, order props, and ensure props and equipment are returned after shoots.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to.
- Content Review & Quality Control: Help review content for quality, ensuring it meets client expectations before delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including shoot folders, production schedules, and meeting notes.
- On-Set Support: Act as a timekeeper during shoots, take notes during production meetings, and assist with food orders for the crew and talent.
- Transportation: Help with the transport of props, equipment, or talent on shoot days, as needed.

- Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized under pressure.
