Packaging Supervisor 3rd Shift - Lyndale - Alpha Baking

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise packaging team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

  Plan and organize packaging operations to meet production schedules and customer demands.

  Monitor production lines to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

  Maintain inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement to replenish supplies as needed.

  Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.

  Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to optimize processes and resolve any issues.

  Complete documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

  Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

  Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
