Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Packaging Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, validating, and documenting innovative packaging solutions. They will ensure our products meet quality and regulatory requirements while maintaining cost efficiency and durability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize innovative packaging solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create packaging designs tailored to product specifications and customer needs.

Conduct packaging validation studies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform testing and analysis of packaging materials to verify integrity, functionality, and performance under various conditions.

Document all packaging designs, validation processes, and test results in detailed technical reports.
Prepare validation summaries and other regulatory documentation to support compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in packaging design, validation, and technical documentation.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for package design and analysis.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, testing methods, and industry standards.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or food packaging.
Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, or other relevant packaging standards.
Familiarity with sustainability initiatives in packaging design.
