- Bachelor’s Degree – Discipline in Packaging Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain, or Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and 2-4 years’ experience.
Technical Skills

- Intermediate computer skills (Office 365, Email, Task Specific Software…)
- Ability to use 3D modeling software
- Data analysis
Typical task breakdown:
- The Packaging Engineer will work to provide engineered solutions to preserve part integrity through warehousing and production processes.
- Collaboration with suppliers to provide engineered packaging solutions
- Collaboration with internal process partners to provide engineered packaging solutions
- Design packaging solutions in Kreo or other modeling software
- Document packaging specifications
- Analyze business plans and proposals to provide cost effective solutions
Interaction with team:
- Ability to work in a team environment and engage with process partners
- Ability to receive voice of the customer to develop solutions to solve business challenges
