Job Description
Responsibilities:
Artwork Development:
- Manage the creation, review, and approval of packaging artwork, ensuring it meets brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and customer expectations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to translate creative concepts into executable packaging artwork.
Project Management:
- Oversee timelines for packaging artwork projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets for production.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all product artwork complies with industry and regional regulations, including labeling requirements.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough reviews of artwork for accuracy in design, spelling, layout, and production specifications.
Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors, including printing partners, to ensure artwork is reproduced accurately and meets quality standards.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Marketing, or a related field
Work Experience
- At least 5+ years of experience in packaging design or project management with a focus on artwork development and production.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong understanding of printing processes and packaging materials.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with industry trends, customer and consumer preferences

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
