The P&C Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities within a defined market. This role involves working with team members to offer a range of products and services, as well as creating and executing a personal sales plan to meet annual goals.

A Typical Day:

• Create and follow a plan to find and connect with new clients.
• Work with your team to promote and sell additional products and services.
• Keep up a steady pace of sales activity to reach your goals.
• Find potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and make cold calls.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Customize and explain insurance options to encourage sales.
• Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing advice and support.
• Organize and track leads, activities, and sales in an electronic system.
• Grow your professional network through referrals and attending community events.
• Stay informed about industry developments and take part in training sessions.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of success in business-to-business sales.
• Familiarity with commercial and personal insurance products and services.
• Experience using CRM software to manage records.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Self-motivation and the drive to meet sales targets.
• Property and Casualty License
