Salary Range: $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements and document in Agent Management System. ( Hawksoft )
• Handle Billing Questions and Payments as needed.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
• Quote new business policies as needed
• Help with remarketing and cross sale of client's policies as needed.

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
