Qualifications:

• Track record of partnering with managers to develop and administer a customer relations program designed to build and retain a loyal customer base.
• Strong experience assisting in resolving customer complaints and coordinating factory assistance when all dealership resources have been exhausted.
• Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intelligence.
