Blueline Security Services is seeking dedicated, professional, and licensed (or have the ability to be licensed) Security Guard Supervisor in DC Maryland and Virginia. This supervisor would visit our security posts to ensure officers are performing their duties, are in uniform, and respond to any situations that require attention on posts.

Duties:

• Observe and report to deter unwanted behavior.
• Make and keep detailed notes of events throughout the shift.
• Contact Emergency Services in an emergency situation.
• Address client staff's security needs.
• Perform site checks on security guards to inspect their performance.
• Cover posts that require coverage.
• Ensure guards are clocking in/ out of their shifts as scheduled.
• Follow an Overnight/ early morning schedule Wednesday through Sunday (40 hours w/ possibility of OT)

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a background check.
• A valid Armed security license in DC, Maryland, and/ or Virginia (preferably multiple licenses)
• Ability to read and write English clearly and effectively.
• Ability to write reports using a work phone.
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
